Can be considered as one of the best smartphones launched in recent times. I have come across this gadget when I was on my visit to China two weeks ago. As soon as I laid my hands on this device, I started researching about it, and here, in this article, I have provided you with a detailed review of the device along with its pros and cons so that you can decide whether to purchase it or not. Xiaomi 12 Pro release date 31, December 2021.
What are the differences between Xiaomi 12 Pro and Mi Max 3? The biggest difference between these two models is the screen. Xiaomi 12 Pro has 6-inch FHD+ display, 2160 x 1080 resolution, 18:9 ratio and 403 PPI, while Mi Max 3 has 6.9-inch Full HD+ display, 2160 x 1080 resolution, 18:9 ratio and 403 PPI. Now let’s take a look at the main features of the Xiaomi 12 Pro mobile phone. First of all, this model supports Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 Mobile Platform and Adreno 630 GPU.
Xiaomi 12 Pro Design & Display
The Xiaomi 12 Pro predecessor, the 12 Pro, was clearly designed to take on flagship phones from Apple and Samsung. It looks like Xiaomi wanted to do it again with its latest budget-friendly smartphone, except in a different way. The 12 Pro is a 5.99-inch device with a waterdrop notch and no physical buttons on its front. Instead of copying Apple’s design scheme, Xiaomi took cues from other devices like Google’s Pixel 2 or even Oppo’s Find X. It is obvious that several things have been borrowed from various sources but I can assure you that those elements work very well in combination with each other—and on top of that, they look gorgeous as well!
The max variant of Xiaomi’s 12 pro features a mammoth 6.9-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080×2340 pixels. The device is powered by Snapdragon 730 SoC, paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB storage, which can be further expanded via a microSD card (up to 256GB). In terms of optics, the Xiaomi 12 Pro camera 48-megapixel primary sensor along with a 5-megapixel secondary sensor at the back. The sensors are aided by PDAF (phase detection autofocus) support and two-tone flash. On the front, there is an 8-megapixel shooter for selfies and video calling purposes. For the software part, we have MIUI 10 running on top of Android 9 Pie out of the box.
Xiaomi 12 Pro Software & UI
When I unboxed it, I immediately noticed that Xiaomi has really refined its software over time. The UI is clean and well designed; there’s nothing unnecessary on-screen, no bloatware to uninstall. Everything was snappy and intuitive. As always with Xiaomi phones, you get a light skin on top of Android 9.0 (Pie). Even without an app drawer by default, you can install one from a third-party store or just download Nova Launcher from Google Play – there are plenty of options out there for those who like to customize their devices… …Overall, I would recommend getting a case for your Mi phone if you want to keep it looking shiny. Fingerprints do stick easily on their glossy surface and they’re hard to wipe off . for more info about software visit hancehax
When it comes with 5000mAh battery life, Xiaomi made a bold claim, saying that its latest smartphone can last up to 2 days on a single charge. Although I didn’t test it for 2 days straight, it definitely lasted me longer than any of my other phones. Even with heavy use over several days (during which I was constantly streaming Netflix and Spotify), I still had enough juice left in my battery to use my phone at night before going to bed without plugging it in.
