How to Edit Photos in Splashup?

Go to splashup.com and submit a site request. Please note that the Splash App does not work on iPads, iPhones, iPod touch, and some Android devices, so SplashApp Adobe Flash must be supported. After downloading the app, you can edit the completed image or create a new one. Upload to Splashup to edit an image.

  • Go to File > Open Image (the second option in the menu after New Image);
  • In the pop-up window, select your image upload source: desktop (first tab), Facebook, Flickr, Picasa, SmugMug, Photobucket, or a dedicated image link;
  • Let’s say, you want to upload a pic from your PC desktop, then click the Upload button and choose a file (as shown on the screenshot below.

I must admit that uploading images to Splashup does not work very well. I tried 5 times to upload photos, but my previous splash charger attempts failed. You can live happily ever after.

How to Resize Images in Splashup

  1. Go to ImageImage Size;
  2. In the popup window, mark Constrain – this will help you save image proportions correctly;
  3. Then select image size in pixels in the drop-down list;
  4. Click the Ok button when you’re done and view the resized picture.
  5. To save the picture, go to FileSave Image.

How to Rotate Pictures in Splashup?

  1. Click on the Rotate button (4 arrows one by one on the upper image editing toolbox);
  2. A small sign will spring up in the left corner of  your image (if Splashup works correctly);
  3. Hold the arrow with your mouse and drag it as you want;
  4. Above the image, you should see 2 buttons Apply to Rotate and Cancel;
  5. Click the Apply button and view the resized picture.
  6. To save the picture, go to FileSave Image.
